I hope you all had a lovely Easter (and if you don’t celebrate Easter then I hope you had a lovely Sunday)! It’s definitely starting to feel a lot more like spring now.
Yesterday, me and Matt had plans to get some fresh air out and about in the city centre, completely unaware that everything is shut on Easter Sunday. In the end, it was a very short trip out. The streets were eerily quiet and I can’t be doing with that!
Anyway, Mondays are for catch-ups, I think. So, what have I been up to lately?
Currently, I am excited for…
…spring, mostly. I love being outdoors in the middle of all the flowers and birds and, once it warms up enough, I love going for nice long walks. I’m definitely not excited about all the bugs though.
I’m also super looking forward to Game of Thrones Season 6 to return to our TVs at the end of April! The trailers are fantastic – take a look, if you haven’t already seen one:
Currently, I am hoping…
…that Matt’s final few months of university go smoothly and that he doesn’t get too overwhelmed with all his deadlines. He’s currently taking a few days off for Easter, and come Tuesday he’ll be back to his busy self. In July, he graduates!
Currently, I am watching…
…Game of Thrones, season 3. By April 24th, we’ll have watched all of Game of Thrones again, just in time for the new season.
We finished Glee completely the other day too. That’s 6 seasons and 121 episodes! To be honest, as soon as Finn (Cory Monteith) died, I knew it wouldn’t be the same but I’m glad we finished it. Doing so, I also ticked off an item from my 101 Things in 1001 Days challenge by completing a full series from start to finish.
It’s not like it was going to be a tough one to complete, but at least that’s another one ticked off the list!

…nothing. Still. I’m such a loser. I have dozens of books that I’ve promised “I’ll read next” and I still haven’t started them. I’ll get there soon.
Currently, I am feeling…
…like a giant greedy chops but it’s Easter so I can forgive myself for now.
Whilst I’m on the topic of health (or the lack of it), I hurt my wrist a few weeks ago, so my plans to start a 30-day yoga challenge quickly went down the drain. It’s better now, though. My next goal is to complete 30-minutes of yoga a day for a week (and hopefully for 30-days), for my 101 Days challenge.
