The Year of Film

2016 is set out to be one of the most hyped, most exciting and most anticipated years of cinema. It’s the year of superhero films. It’s the year of highly awaited sequels. It’s the year of book-to-film adaptations. Simply put, it’s all going down this year.

If you’re a big old film nerd like me, then I’m sure you’ve been counting down the days to some of these huge releases – but, wait no more! Kicking off the year with the release of Leonardo DiCaprio’s The Revenant at the end of this week, it’s set to only get better from there.

  1. Through the looking glass, but there is one specific person I want to go with. I would see it either way, but I am hoping I can bring her to town for it because she is the biggest Alice in Wonderland geek I’ve ever met.

  2. SO MANY MOVIES TO WATCH THIS YEAR! It’s getting increasingly difficult to stay up to date with everyone, but I think you have all the most important ones down 🙂 I am curious about the Anthology movie of Star Wars as well though.
